Our wood products for oenology are made from French oak (Quercus petraea. L. and Quercus robur. L.) certified PEFC
We guarantee the provenance and traceability of the wood used, from cutting in the heart of our forests in the Grand Est to delivery of the final piece to your cellar.
Thanks to a rigorous process of natural drying in the open air, the oak gradually releases its tannins and humidity. After a minimum of 24 months of maturation, it is ready to give its finest aromas.

- Length of a bag: 150 cm
- Width: 36 cm
- Thickness: 0.7 cm or 2.2 cm
- Induction roasting
- Weight: 8 or 10 kgs
- Packaged in a food net woven in France.
Oenological contribution:
For 7 mm blocks: rapid, generous wooding, all roundness and sweetness. For 22 mm blocks: longer oaking, rich in the mouth, adding complexity and elegance in addition to sweetness and complexity
Use :
Unique use, from winemaking to aging.
Contact time: 2 to 4 months for 7mm blocks and 2 to 6 months for 22mm blocks.
A 10 kg infusion bag for 25 hectoliters (i.e. 2 to 5 grams per liter).

Upon receipt, store our products in a cool, dry place.
